Describe What Changed

No heat, weak cooling, uneven rooms, or unusual operation are useful observations. Explain the change in your own words.

Identify the Equipment

If known, share whether you have a gas furnace, heat pump, air conditioner, or mini split. Readily available model information can also help.

03

Discuss the Findings and Options

Ask about the concern being assessed and any proposed next work. Keep questions about repair or replacement scope separate from the diagnostic offer.
